HOW TO ACQUIRE OUR MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
1 Step - Access Cubilis:
Go to our homepage, select your travel dates, and click on “CHECK AVAILABILITY”.
2 Login:
When the Cubilis platform opens in your web browser, click on the ‘Login’ button at the top right corner of the page.
3 Registration:
On the login page, scroll to “Don’t have an account yet? Start here.” and click on the link that says “Start here.”
4 Enter your details:
You will be directed to a registration page where you need to provide essential details such as your name, email address, and other necessary information. After filling in your details, find the “Create Account” button and click on it to complete your registration.
5 Confirmation:
After your account is successfully created, you will receive a confirmation email, where you will have to follow the instructions to join. If this email does not arrive, please contact us without hesitation for assistance at info@thehotel.si.

Once you’re logged into your account through our booking platform Cubilis, you’ll automatically see a special price list with your exclusive member rate. There’s no need to enter a code — just make sure you’re logged in, and the discounted prices will be visible when browsing availability.

When you arrive at The Hotel, you’ll receive a membership voucher at check-in. This voucher includes details about your 10% discount on food and beverages at The Restaurant. The discount applies to the à la carte lunch and dinner menu, from 12:00 to 18:00, depending on availability.
