At the hotel you can choose from five types of rooms. Economy rooms with solar niche offer a quiet corner in the city centre. Superior Deluxe rooms offer exceptional views of the City Square, the Ljubljanica River or the Ljubljana Castle. On the top floor there are both a Deluxe room with a terrace and a Duplex room with a mansard and a terrace. All rooms have private bathrooms, minibar, TV with international channels, safe and air conditioning.

Breakfast is served a la carte every day from 7:00 to 11:00. Ingredients are sourced from Slovenian local producers. Fresh French baked pastries and fragrant coffee are served each morning.

Yes, within the hotel there is a restaurant called The Restaurant. The chef uses organic ingredients, offering a symphony of Slovenian and Mediterranean cuisine. A special feature is the preparation of delicacies on an open fire and a wide selection of wines.

The Hotel is located in a pedestrian zone in the old town, so direct car access is not possible. The hotel offers its own parking space 5 minutes walk away at 30 EUR per day, reservation required 24 to 48 hours before arrival. A free shuttle service called Kavalir is available from the parking lot to the hotel between 06:00 and 22:00. Nearby parking garages include Kongresni trg at 55 EUR per day, Kapitelj at 35 EUR per day, Šubičeva at 45 EUR per day, and ŠUMI at 45 EUR per day.

The train station is a 15-minute walk from the hotel through the city center. A taxi can also be arranged to wait in front of the main entrance for approximately 10 EUR, dropping guests off at Levstikov trg, 300 meters from the hotel.

A private taxi transfer for up to 3 people costs 45 EUR and can be booked when reserving the hotel. The taxi drops guests off at Levstikov trg. A shared shuttle transfer is also available at 12 EUR per person.

What can I expect for breakfast?

Every morning you’ll wake to the aroma of fresh coffee and freshly baked French pastries. Breakfast is prepared by the team at The Restaurant, using a varied selection of quality ingredients from local Slovenian producers. Breakfast is served à la carte, prepared to your taste, and is included in the room rate. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 11:00.

Where can I park?

The Hotel is located in the Old Town, in a pedestrian zone, so direct access by car is not possible. Guests can use public car parks near the hotel. Our own parking area is at the edge of the pedestrian zone, a 5 minute walk away, with a limited number of spaces, priced at €30 per day. Please check the location on Google Maps by searching for “Parkirišče The Hotel Ljubljana”, or use the link below. Parking reservations are accepted only 24 to 48 hours before arrival.
