All hotel services prices are in Euro (€/EUR) and include VAT.


The guest can make a reservation via the website, in writing to, by phone on +386 (0)1 5883 200 or in person at the hotel reception. Reservations can also be made on third-party web portals. In case of booking on the web portal, the guest agrees with the terms of booking on the web portal and at the same time also with the general terms and conditions of the hotel.

Guarantee of reservation

A valid credit or debit card or 30% advance payment is required to guarantee your reservation. The guest card will be charged for the full amount of the stay on the day of booking.

Tourist tax is not included in the price of accommodation:

  • for adults: 3,13 EUR per person per day
  • for children between 7 and 18 years old: 1.57 EUR per person per day

At the time of booking, we kindly ask you to specify the number of people who will be staying in the room, regardless of age.

Change of reservation

To change/cancel your booking, please contact the above mentioned contacts. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival entered in the booking confirmation (until 10am, 48 hours before the date of arrival).

If a guest does not show up and does not cancel his/her reservation in time, he/she will be charged 100% of the price of one night, unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy.

Payment for services

The Hotel accepts the following credit and debit cards for payment services:

Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, Diners, Maestro, JCB, UnionPay

You can also pay for hotel services in cash, via order form and invoice.

The method of payment by order form applies only to companies. In this case, the order must be delivered physically to the hotel or sent by e-mail to no later than 12 noon on the day of arrival of the guest.

When paying by invoice, it is necessary to send a confirmation of payment of the invoice to the e-mail address The invoice must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to the arrival of the guest.

Guest Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 – 24:00, check-out is possible until 11:00 on the day of departure.

The reserved room is available to guests until 24 hours on the day of arrival. In the event of a later arrival, the guest is obliged to inform the hotel in advance – no later than 24 hours on the day of arrival.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement.

Guests must have a valid ID (ID card or passport) with them upon check-in. At the time of registration, they also complete the registration form. Guests must also present the credit or debit card used when booking the hotel.

Early departure

The hotel is not obliged to refund the hotel guest/client the value of the overnight stay for early departure. Exemptions based on the reason for early departure are subject to approval by management.


Children up to 6 years stay free of charge in the room with parents or two adults. For children from 6 to 12 years old, the price of the night is 15€. Children over 12 years old will be charged the same fee as adults when using an extra bed in the room with their parents.

The Restaurant

The Restaurant serves local and Mediterranean dishes in a modern interpretation.

A la carte menu of the restaurant is available from 12.00 to 22.00, The Restaurant closes at 23.00.


The price of the stay (bed and breakfast) includes breakfast served in the hotel restaurant The Restaurant from 7.00 to 11.00.


Pets are allowed. The fee is 20 euros per stay.


The Hotel provides parking spaces at external providers or in nearby car parks. You will be informed about the parking space rental conditions and prices at the hotel reception at the time of booking.

Hotel Card

The hotel card is the property of the hotel and is intended for opening the door upon entering the room and using other selected hotel services. The guest receives the hotel card upon check-in and is obliged to hand it in at the hotel reception upon check-out.


Smoking is not allowed in the hotel.

Gift vouchers

The gift voucher is valid until the expiry date indicated on each individual gift voucher. If the validity date is not stated on the gift voucher, the gift voucher is considered to be valid for one year from the date of issue. Original gift vouchers must be presented prior to the use of catering services and upon check-in at the hotel reception.

Order of additional services

In the case of ordering additional services performed by a third party, the guest agrees to provide the guest’s data to the performing party for the proper performance of the requested service. This refers to the implementation of transport services, laundry and dry cleaning services, the organization of excursions and the like.

Prize Games

The hotel can publish various prize games on its website or on Facebook and Instagram profiles. In this case, the general terms and conditions of the prize games apply.

Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Slovenian law. The parties agree on the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts.
